Arm drift test
Place the phone flat on your open palm. Stretch that arm straight out in front of you, close your eyes, and hold for 10 seconds. Voice cues will guide you.
Ask them to close eyes and hold both arms straight out, palms up, for 10 seconds.
Did one arm drift downward or turn palm-down?
Read this aloud, clearly:

Ask them to repeat: “You can't teach an old dog new tricks.” Is the speech slurred, wrong, or missing?
